The content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Visiting this site or contacting us through the website does not establish a therapist–client relationship.

Therapy services are available only to individuals located in states where the therapist is licensed. Wellcore Healing currently provides services to residents of Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, and Florida.

Business/executive coaching services are non-healthcare and are available regardless of therapy licensure location.

No Therapy Relationship
Using this site does not create a therapeutic relationship. Communications through this site (including forms or emails) do not constitute therapy or guarantee services.

Coaching – Non-Healthcare Privacy Addendum
Effective date: October 12, 2025
Scope. In addition to psychotherapy services, Wellcore provides business/executive coaching (non-healthcare). Coaching is not psychotherapy or a HIPAA-covered service.
Information we collect for coaching. Name, contact details, business information, scheduling details, invoices/payment status, and brief coaching logistics (e.g., session confirmations, video links). We do not maintain psychotherapy/health records for coaching.
How we use coaching information. To provide coaching, schedule sessions, process payments, send operational messages (confirmations, reminders, receipts), secure our systems, and improve services.
Service providers (processors). We use vendors to operate coaching services—e.g., Stripe (payment processing), a secure video platform, and a scheduling/records portal. These providers act on our behalf as service providers/processors and may use information only to deliver their services to us.
No sale / no cross-context sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Texts and emails. Operational texts/emails for coaching follow your selections in our Communication Preferences and Electronic Messaging Consent (reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help). Messages are not monitored for emergencies.
Security. Payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. We apply reasonable safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
Retention. We keep information only as long as needed for coaching/administration, legal/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and contract enforcement, then delete or de-identify it.
State privacy rights (if applicable). Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, contact privacy@wellcorehealing.com. We will verify your request as required by law.
Children. Coaching services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).
