You Don't Have to Keep Pushing Through It Alone

Therapy gives you room to get honest about what is actually driving the anxiety, work stress, and feeling that nothing you do is quite enough.

You will develop practical tools for managing expectations, decision-making, boundaries, relationships, and the constant pressure to perform.

This is not about scaling back your ambition. It is about building the internal foundation that lets you lead, work, and make decisions without running on stress and self-doubt.

Together, we work on the patterns underneath the productivity: the relentless self-monitoring, the fear of falling behind, and the gap between how capable you look and how uncertain you feel inside.

Who I Work With

My clients are executives, founders, and high-achievers in demanding careers.

Many work in male-dominated or high-pressure fields like tech, law, consulting, and medicine, where women are often still underrepresented, underestimated, or expected to prove themselves twice.

Others are navigating major life transitions, carrying the weight of stressful roles, or simply have not had space for themselves in longer than they can remember.

They are high-functioning and often the person everyone else leans on, while carrying more than most people around them know. Many are hard-working and deeply capable, but privately caught in perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressure to never disappoint anyone.

They are not looking for another productivity hack. They want space to breathe, reflect, and understand what is driving the pressure, with practical tools to move forward without losing their edge.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Even when things look good on paper, internally you might feel stretched thin, disconnected, or unsure how to make a healthy change.

As a High Achiever, You May Experience:

  • Anxiety about what’s next

  • Burnout from career, parenting, or entrepreneurship

  • Feeling trapped in perfectionism or people-pleasing cycles
